I've stayed in 5-6 apartments now in Rome over the last three years, this was the best. It was very clean, incredibly well-stocked with everything (even espresso), the TV has a ton of channels, some in English. I brought my elderly mother to Rome for the first time, I was a little worried -- but it was fine, this location is GENIUS, we could go downstairs and catch a taxi or go to a restaurant without her having to walk far at all. I would happily stay here again.
The internet did not work for the first 2-3 days. and that caused me some problems at work, truth be told. Once the internet cable was replaced, the internet was fixed 100%, and worked great for the duration of the trip. The only other negative about the apartment is the water pressure in the shower is low, but I am not sure that is fixable, since it is on floor 5.
Location and friendliness of contact
The toilet leaked, many things needed repair. The furniture was falling apart and the hot water in the kitchen was intermittent, I boiled water several times to wash dishes. When I called Riccardo to address these issues and suggested to the price was too high, he dismissed as some ignorant traveler.
Yes the buildings are old, but that does not mean that they can not be maintained. This is the worst apartment we have ever rented and the most expensive. DON"T be fulled by the beautiful photos.
please note that the appartment is NOT located in Brussels as they suggested at Expedia web page. If you mistakenly book it you will not get back your money (at least within a week). They will not allow you to cancel booking and will offer wouchers you do not need. check twice!
I would put the right location of the appartment and I would refund money to misled customers. This company is unable of doing so. You get enrolled in authomatic messaging mess. Now they ask me to evaluate my stay at place I have never been. Angry!
Centrally located position. Bus stop literally on doorstep. Most places to visit are within walking distance. Apartment very spacious.
The apartment is well furnished and cosy and located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of everything you might want to see and do in Rome.
It has lots of good local eateries and good access to public transport, if required.
The owners were very flexible and friendly and provided us with lots of useful information to help us find our way.
Overall it's a great place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.
We used the apartment as a base for a long weekend and everything we needed was available.
Confortable accomodations and cenrally located.
Really spacious apartment and very helpful people. Almost the perfect area to be in.
The largest bathroom really could do with some bleaching to remove the mould!! Around the bath and up the walls - not too difficult to do?
