The view was exactly what we wanted. It was difficult to find an apartment with its own private roof terrace for the price. The outdoor space was bigger than the apartment! Watching the parakeets over breakfast was always a pleasure.
The very narrow spiral stair case once you got through the front door wasn't mentioned on the description. Difficult to navigate especially with suitcases or shopping bags. Some people would have really struggled to get up them and is worth a mention.
The apartment fulfilled all our desires for privacy, great location to all major monuments, shops, restaurants, and markets. We loved the apartment’s ambience and Italian authenticity. I will always stay here when in Rome!
Prima locatie,alles aanwezig !
Prima bedden en zeer gastvrije gastheer 👍
Misschien iets meer handdoeken !
Location is central to everything we wanted to see, location is quiet and safe, owner is very helpful and genuine.
My ability to understand Italian so I would know what the Pope said at the assembly. I think he said drink Pelligrino.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Restaurants close by, pastry, coffee and pizza right downstairs. Apartment was large and bright, beds very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms were very nice. Apartment could have been a little loud with the Tram going by but to be honest I had no problem sleeping. Within a 20-25 min walk of most Rome attractions
We couldn’t use the dishwasher as we didn’t understand Italian. It wasn’t a huge problem. But it would be good to maybe include instructions in English or have the person who checks you in show you. Absolutely not a complaint though :)
Very comfortable apartment near Trevi fountain
The location is great although a little noisy at times. Nice apartment and space to spread out.
As they expect you do clean the dishes, you will need to bring your own detergent for the dishwasher, a towel to dry the dishes with and your own soap, shampoo etc.
What a great location!, just a few bus/tram stops away from the Colosseum and Rome’s best attractions.
The apartment is a generous size for a family of five. It has 2 bathrooms, a 2 ring hob for cooking and decent fridge.
The local area felt safe and friendly with plenty of (GREAT value) places to eat nearby, plus a couple of decent supermarkets if you want to sort some provisions yourself.
We felt like the apartment immersed us into Rome far more than a hotel would have.
I only note these here as they may be concerns to some people:
The apartment is first floor, just above a lovely cafe with tables out in the street right below.
- but we loved being in what felt like a quaint and pleasant ‘local’ part of town. It’s a real hub for local people and families to hang out in the evening.
The windows must be triple-glazed though, as we hardly heard any noise from outside despite being right IN the midst of it.
Beautiful centrally located apartment with lots of space.
4 flights of stairs with 6 suitcases wasn't much fun
